Digressive Celts

Privacy policy

Last updated: 6 October 2026

Digressive Celts is a podcast and website run by a group of Celtic supporters. This policy explains what personal information the site handles and why. If you have a question about it, or want to make a request, please use the contact form.

The contact form

If you send us a message, we receive your name, email address, the topic you chose and your message. These are delivered to our inbox by Resend, an email delivery service, and we use them only to read and reply to your message. We delete messages once the conversation is finished, and in any case within 12 months.

We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it at any time by asking us to delete your message.

Visiting the site

The site is hosted by Cloudflare. Like any web host, Cloudflare processes your IP address and basic details of your request to deliver pages and protect the site from attacks. We don’t receive or store this information.

Listening to episodes

When you play an episode, the audio streams directly from Libsyn, our podcast host. As with any podcast app, Libsyn receives your IP address and device details to deliver the file and count the listen.

What we don’t do

The site sets no cookies and runs no analytics, advertising or tracking. We never sell or share your information.

Cloudflare, Resend and Libsyn are based in the United States and handle personal information under safeguards recognised by UK data protection law.

Your rights

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Send your request through the contact form and we’ll respond within one month.

If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled your information, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.

Changes

If we change this policy, we’ll update this page and the date at the top.
